TERMS & AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms carefully. By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

01 — RESERVATION & RETAINER

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve the wedding date. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule provided by BEAUTIFULDAYS.

02 — CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT

The retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client. If the wedding is postponed, BEAUTIFULDAYS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

03 — LIMIT OF LIABILITY

If the assigned photographer becomes unable to photograph the event due to illness, injury, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, BEAUTIFULDAYS will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement.

If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the affected photography services.

04 — VENUE & EVENT CONDITIONS

BEAUTIFULDAYS is subject to the rules and restrictions of the ceremony or reception venue. The Client is responsible for communicating known restrictions in advance.

BEAUTIFULDAYS cannot guarantee photographs affected by venue restrictions, weather, lighting, delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

05 — EDITING & DELIVERY

All photographs are edited in the signature style of BEAUTIFULDAYS. Artistic decisions regarding image selection, color, cropping, and retouching remain at the discretion of BEAUTIFULDAYS.

Delivery times may vary depending on the season, workload, and products selected.

06 — COPYRIGHT & PERSONAL USE

All photographs remain the intellectual property of BEAUTIFULDAYS.

The Client receives personal-use rights to download, print, and share the delivered photographs. Commercial use or alteration of the photographs requires written permission from BEAUTIFULDAYS.

07 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement, together with the selected collection, proposal, invoice, and any incorporated written documents, represents the complete agreement between BEAUTIFULDAYS and the Client.

Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
